While Jim does not ordinarily do any framing, it is possible to arrange to have this done for local customers. For others the service of a local framing shop is likely to be a more suitable approach. A good framer can provide assistance in considering the several options: there is color and style of frame to consider, whether to use wood or metal, the number, style, type, and color of mats; whether or not to use a substrate material, whether to use glass or plastic over the image, and whether or not to use conservation glass or plastic that will help inhibit fading from UV light.
